Biography.
Born on September 18, 1960 in the city of Kherson (Ukraine). Married. Brings up children. In 1983 he finished the Kiev Culture Institute named in the honour of A.E. Korneychuk on the specialization “cultural-educational work”. In 1996 he finished the Russian Institute of retraining of culture officers. In 2006-2007 he had retraining in the Russian Academy of Civil service under the President of the Russian Federation according to the Program “Municipal Management”. At present he is having home study at the Financial Academy under the President of the Russian Federation.

He has been living in Chukotka since 1985. He started his working career in 1985 as a sailor-machinist at the seaport of Pevek. In 1991 he became an art director of the Culture Palace. In 1993 he was appointed the Vice-Head of the Culture, Sport and Youth Policy Department of the Chaunsky Rayon’s Administration, and in 2002 – the Head of the Department. In 2004 he was appointed the Vice-Head of the Chaunsky Rayon, the Head of the Social Policy Department. In August, 2008 he started to act as the Vice-Head of the Office of the Governor and the Government of the Chukotka Autonomous Region, the Head of the Office’s Organizational Department. In October, 2008 he became an acting Vice-Governor of the Chukotka Autonomous Region, the Head of the Office of the Governor and the Government of the Chukotka Autonomous Region. On November 15, 2008 the Duma of the Chukotka Autonomous Regions approved him as the Vice-Governor, Vice-Head of the Government, the Head of the Office of the Governor and the Government of the Chukotka Autonomous Region.

Biography.
Born on February 14, 1971 in the resort settlement of Lazarevskoye (the Krasnodar Region). Higher education. In 2001 he finished the Saint-Petersburg State Technical University on the specialization “Accounting and audit”.

He started his working career in 1988 in the Production Department of the housing and communal services of Anadyr. In 2000 he was appointed an assistant of the Head of the Anadyr’s Administration. In November, 2005 he started his work at the Finance, Economy and Privity Department of the Chukotka Autonomous Region. In 2007 he was appointed the Vice-Head of the Department.

In November, 2008 he was appointed the Head of the Finance, Economy and Privity Department of the Chukotka Autonomous Region.

Biography.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Born on September 27, 1971 in the city of Gor’ky. He is a citizen of Russia. Married. Has 3 children. Higher education.

In 1993 he finished the Nizhegorodsky State Technical University on the specialization “engineer-mechanic”. From 1993 to 2001 he worked at different commercial structures. In 2001 he was appointed an advisor of the Governor of the Chukotka Autonomous Region. From 2002 to 2003 he was the First Vice-Head of the Culture, Youth, Sport, Tourism and Information Policy Department of the Chukotka Autonomous Region. In 2004 he was appointed the Head of the Culture, Youth, Sport, Tourism and Information Policy Department of the Chukotka Autonomous Region (since November 1, 2007 the Department was reorganized into the Culture, Sport, Tourism and Information Police Department of the Chukotka Autonomous Region).

In November, 2008 he was appointed the Head of the Social Policy Department of the Chukotka Autonomous Region.

Biography.

Born on October 26, 1961 in the settlement of Posyet of the Primorsky Region. Higher education. In 1984 he finished the Far Eastern Technological Institute of domestic services on the specialization “machines and instruments of light industry”.

From 1986 to 1996 he worked at the food complex “Providensky”. In 1996 he was elected the head of the Administration of the settlement of Provideniya and the village of Ureliki of the Providensky Rayon of the Chukotka Autonomous Region. From 1997 to 2001 he worked as the chairman of the Committee on municipal property management of the Providensky Rayon, and the vice general director of the public company “Sea port Provideniya”. In 2001 he was appointed the first vice-head of the Administration of the Providensky Rayon. From 2002 to 2008 he was the Head of the Providensky Rayon.

In November, 2008 he was appointed the Head of the Industry, Transport, Fuel Energy Complex and Housing-Communal Services Department.

Biography.

Born on April 1, 1957 in Syktyvkar, Komi Republic. Russian cirizen. Married. Has a son. Higher education.

In 1979 graduated the Syktyvkar State University, Physics-Mathematics Department on speciality “Mathematics”, Candidate of pedagogical sciences.

From 1979 till 1988 worked as an engineer-mathematician in the Computer Centre of the Komiglavsnab.

From 1988 till 1990 worked as a production engineer in the Leningrad Production Association of computer technics and informatics.
Since 1990 she has been working in the sphere of education. She was a Vice-Principal of a school in Syktyvkar. In 1996 she became the Principal of the Komi Republic’s Physico-mathematical College of the Education and Science Ministry of the Komi Republic.

Since 2001 she has been working in Chukotka. She was the Head of the Chief Education Department of the Chukotka Autonomous Region’s Social Policy Department.

On November 1, 2007 she was appointed the Head of the Education and Youth Policy Department of the Chukotka Autonomous Region.
