- The 20-year stagnation period of tin market development is about to end. The market shows considerate growth rate, and the demand for tin exceeds the supply;
- Good growth rates of electronic industry in a long-term perspective; introduction of non-lead solders in the industry;
- Major tin markets will shift to Asian-Pacific countries.
- Chukotka possesses 16% of Russian tin reserves characteristic of rather high level of concentration and has experience in exploring them. There is high probability than new large ore reserves will be discovered.
